You can organise your read receipts in a side folder by following these steps:
Right-click on Inbox.
Select New Folder.
Enter a name, for example, "Trackora", and press OK.
Click on Rules in the ribbon.
Select Manage Rules and Alerts.
Click on New Rule.
Click on the first option (Move messages from someone to a folder).
At the bottom, click on People or Public Group, enter noreply@trackora.co.uk in the "From" box, and press OK.
Click on Specified, locate the folder you created, and press OK.
Click through to Next, then Next again.
In Step 1, you can give the rule a name – it should be ticked. In Step 2, you can tick the appropriate box to move relevant emails in your inbox to the specified folder. Step 3, click Next, Step 4, Specify a name for the rule. You can choose a name (we would suggest ‘Read Receipts’). Then click ‘Finish’.
When a new pop-up window appears, click Apply. Then click OK, and you have done it.
We recommend using a unique password of at least 8 characters that includes letters, numbers, and symbols. Enabling two-factor authentication will further enhance the security of your account.
If you log back into your account, your find on the left hand side of the page ‘Install Tracketc’ once you press on the tab, you’ll be able to reinstall.
If they are testing internally, read receipts won't trigger if the recipient opens from the same IP. This is to avoid false read receipts when viewing emails in the sent items folder.
TRACKetc ignores reads from the same IP address that the mail item is sent from to avoid false reads when you view items in your sent items folder. This means that if you send an email to a colleague in the same building (connection) then the read receipts wont be triggered.
