If a potential vulnerability is detected, we alert you, allowing you to secure your message with the ‘Password Protect’ function. This bypasses insecure mail servers entirely; your email is encrypted and uploaded to our secure server, and the recipient is sent a unique link to our viewing portal.To access the email, they must enter the password that you have created. For ultimate convenience and security, TrackEtc allows you to send this password directly to the recipient via SMS at the moment you send the email. This ensures that only the intended individual can decrypt and view your message, giving you complete peace of mind.

How long do you wait before you check if the people actually received the urgent email you sent?When sending an email via TrackEtc it’s easy. You are automatically notified and are able to see when the recipient(s) have opened your email. It works in a similar way to WhatsApp messaging, where you are able to see when the recipient has opened a message.This works regardless of the email provider and server they use - and you do not have to get their consent to do this.

Our newest feature E-sign, makes signing online documents quicker.It allows you to create new PDF documents as well as edit existing ones - and also control where in the document you place the 3 fields: Date, Name and Signature. Working alongside TrackEtc, any e-sign documents you add in your email, will come up in the attachment email checker.Once received the recipient can complete their details, save a copy for themselves, and then send it back to you to view.

With a limit of 20MB, most Outlook users will have to use a separate service to send larger files.TrackEtc is able to by-pass this limit, so you are unrestricted in the size of files you can send via email. TrackEtc does this by embedding a link to the file in the email itself, so the recipient is able to access this securely and easily.
